עורך–הדין איתמר פלג, מייסד ובעל משרד עורכי–הדין איתמר פלג ושות', בוגר תואר ראשון (L.L.M) מהמסלול האקדמי – המכללה למנהל, הוכר כמצטיין במהלך התואר ונטל חלק בתכנית המצטיינים הייחודית והיוקרתית של הפקולטה למשפטים. את דרכו המקצועית, החל עו"ד פלג במגזר הציבורי, בפרקליטות מחוז–מרכז ובהמשך, הועסק במגזר הפרטי, במשרד מהמובילים בישראל בתחום הפלילי והצווארון לבן. לאחר מכן, פנה עו"ד פלג לדרך עצמאית וייסד את משרדו הזוכה לשבחים רבים ובמקביל, נבחר ע"י לשכת עורכי הדין לייצג עורכי דין בפני בית הדין המשמעתי, במסגרת קובלנות בסוגיות אתיקה מקצועית. 

במרוצת השנים, טיפל עו"ד פלג באינספור תיקים, מהפשוטים ועד המורכבים והחמורים ביותר, ביניהם תיקים בעלי פרופיל תקשורתי גבוה ובתוך כך, לעו"ד פלג ערך מוסף מעצם הניסיון שצבר בעבודתו בפרקליטות, באופן המאפשר לו לנתח כל תיק ותיק גם מנעלי התביעה, תוך הכרת האינטרסים והשיקולים המנחים את מקבלי ההחלטות. 

משרד עו"ד פלג דוגל בהבנה עמוקה של המשפט הפלילי כמו גם תחומי משפט נוספים, עובד בשיתוף פעולה הדוק עם מומחים בתחומים שונים ובקיא בפסיקות בתי המשפט המתעדכנות חדשות לבקרים. הודות לכל אלו, למשרד זקופות הצלחות שלעיתים אף לא יאומנו עבור לקוחותיו, בפרט בתחום סגירת תיקים ומניעת העמדה לדין פלילי.
